What to include in your message
- For a bug: the tool name, your browser and device, what you expected and what happened. Never send private files; describe the problem or use a sample file.
- For a tool request: the task you are trying to finish, the file types involved and the tools you use today. Real tasks help us prioritize.
- For a correction: the page address and the sentence or figure that looks wrong, ideally with a source.
- Response times: this is a small independent project, so replies can take a few days.
